Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.
Go to your order, select "Return Item," and choose a reason. A pickup will be scheduled at your address, or you may be asked to self-ship depending on your location.
Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Size or color exchanges are available on select items, subject to stock availability at the time of your request.
